Independence & Funding#

Farnham Voice is an independent, self-funded community group. It is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any political party, organisation, or campaign.

Farnham Voice is non-political and exists solely to improve civic understanding, encourage informed discussion, and help people engage constructively with issues that affect their community.

Many of the challenges facing Farnham are shared regardless of political views. The focus is on those common issues — promoting understanding, practical dialogue, and community participation rather than political advocacy.

Everything currently provided through Farnham Voice is free to access and has been funded by its founders. It has been deliberately designed to operate without sponsorship, advertising, or external funding so that its independence is maintained.

If Farnham Voice grows to a scale where additional infrastructure or operating costs arise, the community may be invited to contribute voluntarily to help cover those costs. Any future contributions would be used solely to support the operation and development of the group, not to generate profit or influence its direction. The commitment to remaining independent, transparent, and politically unaffiliated will remain unchanged.
