Support Us#
Farnham Voice is a grassroots, non-commercial community group run by volunteers. People come and go, and commit what time they can — there is no fixed staff or formal structure.
How you can help#
Spread the word#
The simplest way to support Farnham Voice is to tell others about it. If you are part of a residents’ association or local organisation, mention Farnham Voice at your next meeting.
Complete surveys#
When a survey is open for your area, take five minutes to complete it. Your response helps show how widespread an issue is and strengthens the case for council attention.
Join the mailing list#
Join the mailing list to be notified when a survey relevant to your area is open.
Connect your community group#
If you lead a residents’ association or neighbourhood group, consider working with Farnham Voice to run a survey on an issue that matters to your members.
Volunteer#
Farnham Voice is always looking for volunteers to help with survey design and review, data checking and summary writing, outreach to community groups, and website editing.
Collaboration, yes — funding, no#
We’re glad to work with anyone who wants to help the community be heard — including political parties, campaign groups, local businesses, and organisations with an interest in local planning or development. That kind of collaboration, and the local knowledge that comes with it, is genuinely valuable.
What we don’t accept is financial support. Staying free of funding — especially from anyone with a direct stake in local decisions — is what keeps us independent and our findings credible.
Our independence is essential to that credibility. You can read our full Independence & Funding statement for more detail.
